We made our commitment to homebrewing with the purchase of the brew kit from San Francisco Brewcraft. After much deliberation, we decided to get the half glass brew kit.
Being lager drinkers, we were looking for a lager to brew, unfortunately that requires colder brewing temps, so we got a Pseudo Lager receipe as our first run!

Starting from scratch.
We're both green behind the ears with the art and science of homebrewing.
M is trained in all things biochemically and biologically active, while J is trained in all things art. Both of us have something to bring to the table while we embark on this journey of learning how to brew at home.
Right now we're both trying to get our feet wet with the process of home brewing and hoping to keep the unwanted bugs out of our first batch!
We're looking to take in all of the microbrews available in SF and also share our adventure of batches concocted at home.
Cheers!
